Refund Policy
At UPTaste, we are committed to providing fast, high-quality digital services for restaurants. Because our products are delivered within 24 hours and include monthly content, we operate under the following refund policy:
1. Subscriptions
All plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
Charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid charges the following month.
2. Cancellations
If you cancel before the billing date, your account will remain active until the end of the period already paid for.
Partial refunds are not issued for unused days.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:
Duplicate charges caused by a system error.
Technical failure where UPTaste does not deliver the promised service (example: menu not activated within 24 hours after full registration).
