Refund Policy

At UPTaste, we are committed to providing fast, high-quality digital services for restaurants. Because our products are delivered within 24 hours and include monthly content, we operate under the following refund policy:

1. Subscriptions

  • All plans are billed monthly through Stripe.

  • Charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid charges the following month.

2. Cancellations

  • If you cancel before the billing date, your account will remain active until the end of the period already paid for.

  • Partial refunds are not issued for unused days.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a system error.

  • Technical failure where UPTaste does not deliver the promised service (example: menu not activated within 24 hours after full registration).

4. Contact

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please contact us at hola@uptaste.com with your order details. Requests must be made within 7 days of the billing date.
